I really like this idea, the overview as it is now is a mess, it is so crowed. One smaller screens (devs clearly must have >24" high res screens) you are lucy if you can see one other member of the gang and a total of 10 items in the overview....

All roughly equal, charisma a little lower. If you have to Perception and Memory just above the Willpower and Intelegence. That way you have for the currently available skills the best spread of things though this is no garuntee for the future.
